Where do you Service?

Anywhere in Canada that can ship to Ontario.

How much do you Charge?

Most repairs start at $50 but can range depending on repair and required parts.

How long does the repair typically take?

Once we receive your device, the repair can be done in as little as same-day or up to 8 business days depending on parts availability.

You also must account for shipping to us, and return shipping back to you which makes most repairs typically 5-10 business days from shipping to receiving your product back.

If I don’t Know what’s wrong with my device, can you provide me an estimate?

Once your device is received we will provide you with a quoted estimate for the repairs. If you decline repairs we charge $25 plus return shipping or can recycle the device free of charge.

What if you can’t fix my device after attempting?

We will charge a $50 repair attempt fee, and return shipping. Return shipping can be opted out for recycling to save on shipping cost.

This fee is to cover our time, cost of materials, and any parts that were used to attempt a fix. Hopefully, this is not the case is most situations.

Do you charge a deposit?

We may charge a small deposit upon repair submission for certain devices. This is to ensure the customer is serious about the repair, and streamlines the billing process. Customers will get to use the deposit towards there invoice.

Do you use OEM parts?

We strive to use OEM parts when ever possible, in most cases. Sometime we will suggest trusted third party parts, or available parts from other boards including donor boards, and other devices.

This is on a case by case basis, but rest assured we offer a 30 day warranty on all of our parts, and you will always be notified about what types of components we are installing.

Do you Offer a Warranty on your work?

We offer a 30 day Warranty on our parts and labor. If the devices or part fails in the 30 days after you receive your device, send it back and have it replaced free of charge if it’s determined to be the fault of us or bad parts.

When are you open, and what are your hours?

We are always open online, and our customer service is available Monday Through Friday at the hours of 9AM to 5PM.

We strive to offer additional service if you require after hours via voice mailbox, but cannot guarantee prompt service after normal business hours.

How Do I send my device to you?

You just need to start the customer device in-take process HERE

It will take you to a page that will get a little information about your device, contact details to return your device and conduct communications regarding the repair.

After that you will pay the deposit if applicable, and will receive instructions in your email on how to pack-up and send your device over to our postal box supplier, that’s where we pick your device up to be serviced.

After we receive and access your device, we will contact you.

My Device is too large to send via post, Can I drop it off?

At this moment we do not offer drop-off service. We are looking to have this service included in the future in 2025.

Contact us to discuss options of shipping, and perhaps dismantling the product to the core part that needs to be repaired. We can discuss with you other options.

How much do you charge to fix a broken USB/HDMI/Connector port?

The real answer is it depends but does start at $60 and can be as much as $150 but generally are under $100. We need to determine the extend of the damage to provide a true estimate. Contact us today!
